And the duo didn’t even have lifejackets.This is the FIFTH rescue of people in dinghies off the County Donegal coast in the past four weeks.“We have issued warning after warning and it appears there are still people willing to place their lives and the lives of others at risk,” said a spokesman.“It is idiotic to go to sea in a dinghy without life jackets.
